and fabrication, Daniel Rasmus has established himself as a pioneering
force in the global underwater construction industry. At 50,
his vision and technical expertise continue to drive Prime Core
Fabricator's innovation and excellence in underwater welding and fabrication solutions.
Daniel founded Prime Core Fabricator in Tallinn, Estonia in 2018, bringing to life his
vision of creating a specialized underwater engineering company that combines cutting-edge
technology with unparalleled craftsmanship. Prior to establishing Prime Core, Daniel
honed his expertise working on complex underwater projects across Europe and Asia,
including major infrastructure developments in Norway, the Netherlands, Singapore, and Japan.
Under Daniel's leadership, Prime Core Fabricator has achieved remarkable milestones:
Successfully completed emergency underwater repairs on the Nordhavn Wind Farm support
structures in Denmark with a 30% ahead-of-schedule delivery, while pioneering ROV-assisted
deep-sea welding techniques for the Baltic Pipeline Project. The company expanded beyond
Estonia to serve clients throughout Northern Europe and Southeast Asia, and developed
proprietary underwater welding technology that significantly reduces project timeframes by up to 40%.
Daniel, a marine engineering expert with a Master's degree
from the Technical University of Denmark and advanced certifications in commercial
diving and underwater welding, leads with a philosophy centered on technical
excellence, safety, and environmental responsibility. He frequently emphasizes
